Getting started for your yoga practice; things to know about nutrition and yoga:

It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach or three hours after a full meal. Empty your bowels, clean your nostrils and throat, and consume a glass of warm water 15 minutes before you start. You may eat fruit, yogurt or drink a glass of juice or water an hour before class to avoid getting really hungry during practice.
